"Almost Famous"

Acoustic - Bluegrass - Gospel - Swing
Ryan and Steven started playing together in 2002. Steven was 11 and Ryan was 13. In 2004 they started Almost Famous.
They play acoustic, bluegrass, gospel and even some swing tunes.
Their accomplishments include several live radio shows, 2006 Colgate Country Showdown local winners, 2004 Starquest winners, and even a special segment on West Virginia PBS television.
Almost Famous features mandolin player Larry Gardner. Larry started playing with the band in 2006. Larry shares his years of experience and knowledge with the boys bringing years of history and music to the band. We all thank Larry for his support and dedication.
Most recently we are excited to annouce the addition of bass player Harold Dailey.
Harold Dailey is perhaps the most influential figure in our area for bluegrass music. Harold brought bluegrass to the PennyRoyal Opera House in Fairview, Ohio which today has become the area's premier venue for national acts.
Get to know these talented artists. Keep visiting this web site for updates. Come out and visit the boys at one of their shows. They appreciate your support very much.
